Accelerated Academy Terms and Conditions

The “Accelerated Academy Promotional Alerts” program allows students and cosigners to sign up for text promotions and communication alerts. By opting into the promotional alerts program, you will receive promotional alerts from Accelerated Academy to stay up-to-date on discounts and course updates via SMS.

Compatible carriers include: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile® “Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages”., Verizon Wireless, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, nTelos, C-Spire, Cellcom, Interop, Clearsky

The “Accelerated Academy Promotional Alerts” program allows students and cosigners to sign up for text promotions and communication alerts. Accelerated Academy is a 10 week dental assisting program. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Any information communicated to Accelerated Academy for text messaging and or storage will remain in the ownership of the user, which Accelerated Academy will store securely in accordance with our security policy and the law. Accelerated Academy will take the necessary steps to secure your personal information with safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Accelerated Academy will, at no time, rent or redistribute this information without your consent, except where legally required to do so.

It is Accelerated Academy policy, that just as a user must opt in to a text messaging list, they have the right to opt out of a particular text messaging list as well. When a user opts out of a text messaging list, they will no longer receive any texts unless they, themselves, re-subscribe. Accelerated Academy is not responsible for the text or picture messages sent by our clients or customers that are using Accelerated Academy products or services. It is the sole responsibility of the user to acquire proper permission to send text messages and/or MMS messages to their subscribers.

Even though your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, due to standing legalities, we can't promise that personal information will not be divulged to third parties in ways not explained by this privacy policy. Furthermore, we can (and you give us permission to) divulge any information about you to private entities, law enforcement or other government officials, as we, in our sole vigilance, believe needed to address and/or answer questions or resolve problems. Accelerated Academy reserves the right to change this privacy policy at its discretion. Your continued use of Accelerated Academy and its services after changes to this privacy policy have been posted is taken as acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to monitor the privacy policy to determine whether any changes have been made. This privacy policy is subject to and applicable to all privacy laws. You acknowledge that accepting this privacy policy is a condition to your use of Accelerated Academy, it's services and you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions.

You have consented to receive mobile communications and text messages, which include Accelerated Academy Promotional Alerts. The Program is governed by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you can opt-out of the Program either by not confirming your opt-in to receive promotional alert Text Messages or by following any of the "Stop Information" alternatives listed above. Accelerated Academy reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, and your continued use of the Text Messages constitutes agreement to all such changes.

Our Program allows you to request and receive promotional alerts. It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile service provider supports text messaging and your mobile device is capable of receiving text messages. Our Text Messages are subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile device carrier. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile device carrier of any kind whatsoever. You acknowledge that our Text Messages are sent to you without being encrypted and will include information pertaining to your student loan application. Accelerated Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without any obligation and without any notice requirement, to change, improve or correct the Text Messages and to suspend Text Messages for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, upgrades, improvements or corrections. Accelerated Academy may discontinue or change the product or begin charging a fee for such service at any time without prior notice to you, subject to applicable law.

The Text Messages are provided as a convenience to you for promotional purposes only. The information on the Text Messages is provided on an "AS IS," and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Accelerated Academy does not warrant the information provided herein or your use of our Text Messages generally, either expressly or impliedly, for any particular purpose and expressly disclaims any implied warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Accelerated Academy will not be responsible for any loss or damage that could result from interception by third parties of any information made available to you via our Text Messages. Accelerated Academy cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, timeliness or completeness of any information or data made available to you for any particular purpose. Neither Accelerated Academy , nor any of its affiliates, or employees, nor any third party vendor, will be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage that you incur in the event of any failure or interruption of our Text Messages, or resulting from the act of any other party involved in providing Text Messages, or from any other cause relating to your access to, inability to access, or use of the Text Messages, whether or not the circumstances giving rise to such cause may have been within the control of Accelerated Academy or of any vendor providing software or services. In no event will Accelerated Academy or any such parties be liable to you, whether in contract or tort, for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages or any other damages of any kind even if Accelerated Academy or any other such party has been advised of the possibility thereof. This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any viruses which may infect a user's equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, strikes or other labor problems or any force majeure. Accelerated Academy cannot and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure Text Messages service.
